Sure is a lot of ya'llin and drawlin on this site. I feel right at home.
I just today came to this site and reviewed all the 1999 and 2000 messages.
Seems like nearly all of the attention is given to the early Catlett's,
1600's, 1700's and in England. I guess that means that everybody has clear
and certain data about their lines back to that time period.
I'm fairly new to genealogy research but I have been helped by researchers
and I am pleased and appreciative of the information that has come to me but
I'd still like to find documents and other original material if possible
either on my own or through others.
I hope to learn more and I hope to be able to contribute something. I think
this is a great site of dedicated researchers who seem willing to help
newcomers like me. Thanks for that.
