Thank you so much Jerry for all the info and you taking the time to help is
greatly appreciated not being familier with the area in East Tennessee it has
been hard to figure who lived near who. Jane Catlett Henry b:1822 and
Rev.John Henryb:1822 had a daughter they named Hannah she was born abt.1860
but must have died young and she is supposed to be buried by William b:1848
and Elizabeth Henry in the old Henry Cemetery#1 its located in a corner of a
field on Old HenryTown Rd. its across the road from a big barn and upon a
hill behind is Henry Cemetery#2. We visited there when I got to come to
Sevierville but it was pretty overgrown and I couldn't get back where the
graves were because of it being overgrown my sis was afraid I would break a
leg. I could see Williams and Elizabeth's stones from the edge of the
cemetery. Hannah had to have died young because by the time Rev. John and
Jane moved to McNairy County in the 1870s, they only came with their 2 sons
and Eliza Henry Henry who was married to their son William b:1852 she is the
daughter of Captain John "Gooston" Henry b:1829-30 who was the son of Hugh
and Lydia Henry and I believe that Rev. John and Captain John "Gooston" were
cousins they did live next to each other in 1860 or 1870 Sevier Co..Census.
Hope that wasn't tooooo lengthy of my story:-) Just thought I would share a
little more. Thanks again for your help.
Take Care, Doris
