FYI
Ocia Ida Rebecca Stovall Cathey wife of the late Earl Cathey of Sherman went
to be with her maker yesterday, Sunday, Oct. 1. She was 97 years old. She
will be buried Tues. at West Hills Cemetery in Sherman. Ocia is my
grandmother.
I had started researching their ancestry last year. I got as far back in
the Catheys to Earl's father, George Washington Cathey born in MO, July 10,
1856 (a disputed date, but it is on his tombstone), lived in Mammouth
Springs, LaCrosse Township, Izard Co and Newport, Jackson Co, all in AK,
married Ayer Louisa Hightower, moved to Grayson Co. TX around 1910, died
February 24, 1937 in Grayson Co. TX.
I am still looking for more information George W. if anyone can help me.

Glad things are coming together for you!
No. Henry's article is not on a web site - perhaps it ought to be. Will
check with him. I know several possibilities for preparing it.
