December 4, 1824 - Took up matter of John CATE and wife and Lily MANARD (but

31 March 1826 Took up grievance against John and wife (Elizabeth)rc and Sister
MANARD for non fellowship.Laid under censure.
1 Sept 1826 Sister MANARD and John CATE and wife excluded for not hearing the
church. (I wonder if Sister MANARD might have been Delilah CATE MANARD who, I
think, was the daughter of Charles CATE SR and sister of this John CATE.
Delilah joined the church but I have never found a Lily MANARD in any other
church record or in records of the family of Gibson MANARD or either MANARDS
Do you think the dispute might have been over the division of Charles CATE
SR'S estate. John and Elizabeth lived in Sevier County.from R. Cate to A.
