From what I can tell, everything except your personal info that you
enter/submit is copyrighted. I was sure to check that after all the
controversy with some of the other sites.
Good pointer though Mariana, I never paid attention to that stuff until it
came up with another site.
The laws have changed, so that EVERYTHING is now copyrighted. Does not even
need to have gone through the legal process and be so marked. There is/was a
lot of good information on:
<

(I couldn't access it right now)
It explains "fair use" which I think is important to know. That's how you
can
copy "parts" and how schools can copy mainly. I think it is something
everyone should check out. It tells you what copyright "means" and how it
applies to Internet information and it's not as bad or complicated as people
might think. I have a beautiful "Marriage Certificate" that my grandmother
had ordered and filled in the blanks and had signed like the real one. It
always hung on her wall, then my Mom's and now mine. I wanted to find out if
I could make copies for my family and cousins. I can because it is now
"public domain."
Just type in <copyright laws> in your search and see what you get. I liked
the one about the layman best.
Mainly, if you aren't copying something for profit, taking money out of their
pocket and you ask if you may copy it for personal use, it's usually ok.
