According to my grandmother, my granddad had three uncles who were all candy makers.
These three men were born in the 1870's in Indiana or Kansas -I think. I would like
to track down any of their descendants.
First was Noah Caswell, a blind candy maker in New Haven CT. He had 10 or 11 children,
many with red hair.
Next was Theodore Caswell, who had a very prosperous store in Atlantic City NJ, as early
as 1897. His wife was named Ola. He had three daughters, all married.
The last candy maker was Will Caswell, who lived in Maine (no city known). His wife was
named Flora. He was quite religious and would not open his store on Sunday. He had 1
daughter and 3 sons. He died in Calif. (unknown city)
My grandmother had met these people in the 1920's or 30's.
Any hints would be appreciated!
