I couldn't let this day end without a remembrance of a "cousin" I never
met. Eleven years ago, we amateur CASWELL genealogists discovered that
there was "one of our own" who perished on 9/11--William E. Caswell. He
was a passenger on Flight 77. One of the women who was active in the
group at the time took up a collection for flowers for the funeral.
Here is an email from the 911 Memorial Site where you can search for the
names of remembered loved ones who are memorialized there. There, you
can also find a picture to put with the name. William E. Caswell was a
handsome man with greying hair and a warm smile. I know he was loved
and still is loved by family and friends.
