Hello Mike,
Thank you for writing.
I old family documents that say William Caswell was born on 8th August
1789. (Entry in old bible) but nothing about his baptism. This means he
could only be linked to the second entry in your datebase. Some other
information I found during the last week was a entry for his daughters
wedding in old copy of Sydney, Australia
newspaper. In this he is refered to as Captain William Caswell RN.
I also have fairly good information that his father was a John Caswell
who
was married in St Pauls, Deptfoed, England on 5 February 1787 to Ann
Strangwige.
What is the Caswell listsever and how do I join?
