Folks I am assuming that you enjoy to camaraderie of this list and the
information we have shared over the past months together. It has been
educational and fun for me. You may want to contact me privately.
You helped me to advance further than I thought possible with the
Caswell and Hoskins Lines once I found the proof I needed to verify a
marriage. Your knowledge of other lists have proven very valuable to
me.
Spring is here in Oregon. Our state on the West Coast is enjoying the
mildest of winters that I can remember. The temperature hit 70 degrees
on Sunday. The Blueberries are coming into massive bud, the Strawberries
have set their blooms and my new plants (Ranier) have all taken hold
(except for 3). My new Raspberry patch is starting to leaf. I planted
Amity's and Willamette for variety.
I have 140 Rose bushes to care for with 25 new bare roots to start this
year. I am starting a new circular garden with all Mister Lincoln
Jackson and Perkins roses. The benches of Black Walnut are ready to be
moved from the workshop into an English formal garden. The King Alfred
Daffodils are just about finished but the Narcissus have just started
with the Dutch Tulips starting to show color in the buds. I am
attempting to do all this by myself, you can imagine that I just about
live in my Garden.
As you can see I am going to be quite busy for the next few months.
Therefore I will be leaving the list soon until I can once again devote
more time to all of you. With so many of my lines tracing back to
England I wish that I did have more time.
Until the Fall My best regards but you can still contact me directly and
on the Rand Genealogy Club.
