My g grandfather was Henry W. CASWELL, born 1859 in Corinna, Penobscot
County, Maine and married on October 19, 1887 to Abigail E. ANNIS. I've
been told (don't have sources) that his father was Thomas CASWELL, born
1832 in Winthrop, Kennebec County, Maine. Thomas was the son of Lyman
CASWELL, born June 7, 1804 in Winthrop, Kennebec County, Maine. Lyman was
the son of Henry CASWELL, born on April 2, 1785. Can anyone help me with
this?

Searching for information on family of Samuel Caswell/Carswell who died in
Tyrrell Co, NC in 1808. He is believed to be a son of Matthew Caswell who
died 1754, also in Tyrrell Co. Samuel's wife's name appears to be Catrine
(Catherine?). Does anyone know her maiden name? She and Samuel probably
married by 1765.Mike Caswell
