Hi all,
I found this in a saved note from the Fayette Co list back in the fall.
I thought someone might benefit from the information and possible
the pictures if the e-mail address at bottom is still current.

There is a little country church (burned down in sometime between August
1996 and May of 1997) used to be called "Grove Church". About 25 feet from
the church building is approx. 10 headstones with the names of Custer and
Moser families.
These tombstones are from the early 1800's.
William Moser Died Aug 6, 1872 death of 75th year of his age.
Caroline, daughter of Wm & Mary Moser died Oct 10, 1811
Daniel son of Wm & Mary Moser died Oct 6, 1811
Lydia Daughter of Wm &Mary Moser May 30, 1830
Mary Daughter of Wm & Mary Moser October 10, 1811
Lebbeus son of William & Mary Moser Oct 11, 1811
There's two very small, looks like they were home made with marks D.M.

I always feel so sad as all these children died within a week. Can you
imagine?!?!?
There's a George Custer,
Sacred to the memory of George Custer who departed this life December 17,
1829 aged 85 years and 2 days.

Catherine

I have no idea who these folks are, but there tombstones are still
standing,
or were when I was there in May 1997. I have pictures and if anyone
