Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Thank you very much Dean, I am checking it out right after I click this off
to you.

Hi Pat.....You must already know that "The Custer Families by Milo Custer"
can be printed off the internet at.....GenealogyLibrary.com. That's the
Ancestry site....if I remember right. It took a little time but I printed
it all off....about 23 pages. IF THIS is what you're looking for - and you
don't have access to Gen/Libr....I could make a copy (I have a copy mach.)
and mail it to you. Or did he write more than one thing??
Well, maybe this will help.

Does anyone know if the Milo Custer book on the Custer's in Rockingham
Co. Va is available for purchase?
Patricia
I have seen copies for sell over the years, but never an inexpensive one. I
would also like to know if a book publisher is putting this one out.

Virgil,
Amazon.com has listed the Custer Genealogies by John Carroll. He was one of
the original "editors" on my copy. They (Amazon.com) state that there is a
delay between ordering and delivery due to a time lag from the publisher. So
my assumption is that it is currently being published.

Thanks for all your prayers and kind words! Although the pacemaker has helped
her breathing a bit, Doris (Foster Custer, my mom) is still a very sick lady!
One doctor described her as "almost okay if she sits perfectly still and does
nothing, but in heart failure if she brushes her teeth". Her overall
condition has not changed, but she is pushing herself constantly to make the
best of the situation. Thanks, again, from Ken, Doris & Brenda!!
I think the list is working all right... I got this message. A. Smith

Hi Patricia,
Glad to hear you had such a good response and good time at the reunion and
sorry we couldn't make it. I'll look forward to the next News-Caster. Do
hope Ken and Brenda's mother is doing ok.

Hi Jan, the reunion was a great experience for me. Ken and Brenda were
not able to make it because their Mother Doris was very ill and in the
hospital. We missed them. There were 71 attendees. Even though I
didn't get to go I was told that the Germantown tour was a success. Rev.
Bishop took the members on a tour of some of the local cemeteries.
There will be pictures and articles about it in the next News-Caster.
