My WILLIAM CASTLEBERRY b. ca. 1790 married to LOUISA or LOVECEY BAILEY b.
ca. 1793 was not known to have lived in Jackson County, Ga.
I believe that PHILIP BAILEY, father or Louisa, was in Jackson County ca.
1799 because he is listed on the Tax List there, but I can locate no other
records in Jackson.

William Castleberry who was married to Lucretia ( last name unknown)
possibly is buried in Jackson County, Georgia. Lucretia moved to Alabama,
and then to Tennessee with her children, if memory serves me correctly.
William Castleberry Jr and the William Castleberry from Jackson County,
Georgia, are two different men.
William Castleberry who married Sarah Martin moved out of the state of
Georgia and went North to settle in the Midwest area of the United States.
William Castleberry of Jackson County, Georgia, is a possibly brother of
Odian Castleberry (of Forsyth County, Georgia...Odian is my fourth
great-grandfather) and Mark Castleberry of Gilmer County Georgia.
I am very interested in talking to any Castleberry family members who have
relations from Jackson County Georgia. My family lived in Jackson, Hall, and
Lumpkin Counties between moving to Forsyth County Georgia. They settled in
Forsyth County and then my great-grandparent, "Ed" James E. Castleberry,
moved to Old Milton County (now Fulton County).
