Thanks for posting the link to the Castle book; I didn't realize it was
there. It is a shame that Ingraham didn't go into the other branches of the
Castle family that was in Vermont at the beginning of the Rev. War through
about 1850 when many of them went west. There were many in Bennington,
Castleton, and Brandon not mentioned in his book. But that's genealogy,
Ingraham chose to stay with one branch of the family and it has helped
others to lead to other branches of the family.
