Thought I'd pass this along to you all, remember that John McClellan was
the executor of Joseph Casteel Sr.'s Will in Russell County, VA in 1803 and
that it was witnessed by a Josiah Casteel? And that we had speculated that
maybe his wife, Margaret Casteel may have been a McClellan? Andrew McClellan's
daughter, Elizabeth, married John Casteel, who was the son of Joseph Casteel.
Someone did send me info. that John McClellan did end up in Overton County, TN
(1810 or so) which became part of Clay County, TN (in 1870 from part of
Jackson and Overton Counties) where some of my CASTEEL's and STRONG lived.
