Just thought I'd point it out in case you hadn't seen it. Ironton is
in Iron Co.,Mo.,not too far south of Jefferson County. The Vienici web-site has some
records on Iron County, you may
find the Castiles moved there.

Sophia,11,
Robert OH.9,
Charles E.Castile,6.
Robert's places of birth are Tn-Tn-Tn,
Emaline's are MoMo-Ky, all kids are Mo-Tn-Mo..
This is family #150 in Rock Twsp..
Did you know that family #123,Rock Twsp.is
William H.Castile,60,farmer,Tn-US-Tn,
Polly A.,58,Tn-SC-Ky,
Janetta,31,Tn-Tn-Tn,
Elizabeth,29,disabled,Tn-Tn-Tn,
James,24,Tn-Tn-Tn,
George,22,Mo-Tn-Tn,
Hillyard,19,Mo-Tn-Tn,
William,9,GRS,Mo-Tn-Oh.
Could this William be a brother to Robert ?? The places of birth are the same on
William's older kids as on Robert. Going by ages of Williams kids it looks like they
came to Mo.circa 1856-58.
William's family is listed on 1870 JeffCo census also, but of course
Robert was already married and out of the house. I can't find Robert
anywhere on 1870. Could he and Emaline have gone to some other county, like Iron, to live
awhile, and returned to JeffCo later ? Just guessing.
