Two of the affidavits were completed by Castiles. The first one dated 1895
was from a Jas. R. Castile who was 37 and had known Robert H. Castile for 25
years. The other one also dated 1895 was from a William R. Castile age 48
who said he had known Robert for 30 years, since boyhood. They were both of
Desoto Missouri, but it didn't state their relationships.
Another note about Emiline Ogle. I found her in the 1860 Jefferson County
Census and below is that information. There were a lot of Ogles in Jefferson
County back in 1860.
Father -Thomas Ogle b1819
Mother- Mary?(Measy) Ogle b 1821 Hard to read first name. Siblings?
Sarah A. b1845 Ada b1850
Mary b1853 Three others:
James Daniels b1838
Senati Mashew b1837 ? Can't read this name very well Charles Thomas b1835
This guy was one of Robert's witnesses on an affidavit and it said that he
was raised by his Emiline's father, so the story checks.
