Betty,
Could you email me Shadrack's (1780) children and their BD and his
marriage date. What I have doesn't add up.

I think I have traced my ancestors back to Edmond DuCastel of
Philadelphia
PA born in 1668. I am not so sure of the middle of my tree:
I have Edmond DuCastel's son as Edmond Casteel II, his son Edmond Casteel
III, his son Shadrack Casteel, his son Thomas Casteel born in 1753, his
son
Shadrack Casteel born in 1780 in Bedford Cty PA, his son Archibald
Casteel
born in 1803 in Garrett MD.
Any information on any of these Casteel's?
My grandmother was a Casteel whose father started a little town in NE
where I lived in later years. The Casteels seemed to be pioneers
throughout
history!
