I have found a tombstone for Mary Margaret Blassingame in Lawrence County,
Alabama

The inscription on it says:
MARGARET
Wife of B. A. Casteel
Born Oct. 17, 1853
Died Mar. 23, 1898
"Mother, thou had from us flown
To the regions far above
We to thee erect this stone
Consecrated by our love"
Does that help? This link is also attached to a family tree with more
information.
