It's a long shot but my great-great grandfather, Thomas Cassidy, arrived in
Quebec in 1826 to work on the Rideau Canal and settled in the Farrellton
area.

Am looking for a John Cassidy who married Mary Hart—catholic, both
ages
between 18-21, born 1819 somewhere 1821.
No idea of parents names or what County they lived in.
Only know they both ended up in Quebec Canada by 1842 married,
Have been on ever Irish site possible, seems they don’t exist anywhere.
Most sites do not cover 1838-1842.
Even Proni site can not help, am now looking at private research, but even
on these listings they do not have my dates listed.
No emigration record found.
Somewhere, someplace there must be a marriage record for this couple.
Any suggestions or idea of where I might find this hidden marriage record,
would be appreciated.
