I'm asking a friend to look on the CD index for Griffith's Valuation.
Meantime, I see that Longwood is a town, and also the name of a Roman
Catholic parish, which is in the civil parish of Castlerickard.. Parish
records are listed as exisitng from 1829, and all records up to 1900 have
been computerised by the Meath Heritage Center (which will search them for a
fee.) They have also been microfilmed and are available in Dublin at the
National Library.
You could also write to the priest, i guess.
I'll get back to you when I get the info from Griffith's.
