Non-Family Posting: OBITUARY of one Harry Young.

"James H. CASSADY, 65, died July 2 at his Fairbanks home. Coming to Alaska in 1931,
he worked in the Nome area for six years before settling in the Fairbanks area. Employed
by the Northern Commercial Co., CASSADY was instrumental in repairing the old river boat,
NENANA, now a major attraction of A-67. He was a member of the Pioneers of Alaska, Masons
and Tanana Valley Sportsmen's Association. Surviving are the widow, a son, James Jr.,
of Girdwood, and a daughter Mrs. June C. Champlin of Fairbanks. Interment was in the
Pioneer plot in Birch Hill Cemetery."
