I abstracted a printed volume of the parish registers of Diss only a couple
of days ago. Both Nathaniel and George were the sons of Samuel and Frances
Cason. Other children baptised were Robert, 1820, Mary, 1823, Sarah, 1826
and Elizabeth 1828. The parents marriage was there as well:- 1819 18 July
Samuel Cason (signs X) married Frances Woodward (signs X) by banns,
witnesses Joseph Witherly (signs) and Robert Parr. How does this connect to
your Islington Casons?
I collect Cason data in this area of England because of the possible link to
Causton.
