I think that I have found Frances Ellen's family in the 1881 census. Isaac,
born 1832 is a warehouseman from Islington. His wife Elizabeth, also born
1832 was from Holborn. They have a domestic servant so they are reasonably
well off. Francis had what looks like a twin brother Edwin J, 16, brothers
Arthur T, 11 and Percy F, 9 and a sisiter Emily A, 14. There is no sign of
Frances however. At 16 she could have been in service but she does not show
up on the 1881 census national index.
It should be fairly easy to locate the Isaac/Elizabeth marriage in about
1864.
best wishes

I wonder if we have some kind of link? My Frances Ellen Cason, born sept
1865,
Islington, England, was the daughter of an Isaac Cason. Perhaps
cousins of your line, because of the recurrence of the names?
