There are a lot of coindences if this is not my ggfather "Dock". I don't
have much info on him, and was not sure how he spelled his name, Doc or Dock, but Doctor
as a name was not even thought of. He is listed on the 1900 Walton County Census as Dock,
and His Children are listed, and I know their names are correct. The time line is right
though, and we thought his Mother's name was Martha. On the Census sheets, I tried to
make her name as "Rowe", but I saw it as "Rone", and when I searched
Rone it led me to the same page. The only info I have has been passed down by word of
mouth, nothing documented, so this could be the person I have been looking for and this
gives me a new avenue to explore. Thanks. Do you live in the Walton Co. area? The
Swords cemetery info came from the same notes my uncle made years ago.
