January 11, 1867, Richmond Whig (VA): Virginia - At rules held in the Clerk's
office of the Circuit Court of Hanover County, on the 9th day of January , 1867: Robert
Cason, Elizabeth Cason, Nelson Cason, Granville Cason, Edmund Cason, Alexander Fitzhugh
and Nancy Fitzhugh his wife; and John Estes, administrator of his late wife, Lucy, who was
Lucy Cason, and Mary Wickimon (sic) - Plaintiffs, against: James B. Cason, administrator
of WILLIAM CASON, deceased; Jane P. Cason, William Dickinson, executor of Burwell B.
Dickinson, who was administrator of Lucy Dickinson, deceased; Edwin Vaughan, sheriff of
Hanover County, and as such committee administrator de bonis non of Lucy Dickinson,
deceased, the unknown children of John Cason, deceased, and of James Cason, deceased, and
of John Cason, a son of Thomas Cason, deceased - Defendants. IN CHANCERY: The object
of this suit is to have a settlement of the administration account of James B. Cason upon
the estate of William C!
ason, deceased, and a distribution of the balance in his hands among the distributes of
the said William Cason, deceased. This day came the plaintiffs and filed their bill;
and it appearing by affidavit filed that the defendants, the children of John Cason,
deceased, and of James Cason, deceased, and of John Cason, son of Thomas Cason, deceased,
are unknown to the plaintiffs and are non-residents of the State of Virginia, it is
ordered that the said unknown parties appear here within one month and do what is
