I had a Casner who married into the family back in the late 1700s in the NY
area. Unknown Casner married Isaac Annable. He was b. 1738 in Dartmouth MA
and must have married her while in his 20s.
Secondly, I have Jacob Casner m. Amanda Morgan. Child was Mary F. Casner
who married George S. Appleby in 1884 in Mifflin Cty, PA. He died in
Huntingdon Cty, PA.
Thirdly, Adam Casner b NY d Yates Cty NY m. Hannah Annabale of Dartmouth.
She died in Torrey, Yates Cty, NY. I know of two children: Lydia b 1823 and
John Q. A. (prob. John Quincy Adams) b 1828. The latter died in Torrey,
Yates Cty, NY in 1842.
Anyone?

Hello List:
Over the past few months I have posted several times. I keep waiting
and waiting to see posts on any CASNER (often spelled Carsner, sometimes
spelled Castner or Cashman). My Casner line was very prolific. In
doing my research I have bumped into two other distinctly different
Casner lines who were also very prolific.
My oldest ancestor is Jonas CASNER who married Nancy Wright in 1801 in
VA. They had six children (John/Jack-b10-24-1801 VA, Harvey-b1802-10
KY, William John-b1817 TN, Ebenezer, Charlotte-b1813 KY, and Judy who
died 1818 MO).
My line of decendancy is through Harvey. I have considerable (and very
intriguing information) that I am willing to exchange to connected
Casner researchers.
Okay, Casner researchers, lets see if we can fill in some gaps for each
other.
