Hello List:
Is there anyone out there (other than Carol C. and myself) who has an
interest in Jacob Casner and Pertima Thomason who were married in 1848
in Fort Bend Co., TX. They appear on the 1850 TX census. She
remarries in 1854.
Does anyone know what became of Jacob Casner?
Does any know if he is by any chance one of the 13 sons of
Henry/Harry/Harvey CAsner and Jincy/Jencie/Jane Fields Casner?
Am willing to share 12 pages of Casner information which has been
collected to date.

Actually, I have a Jacob Casner in my data. Only information is he
married Amanda Morgan and they had a daughter, Mary F, who married George
Appleby. He was born in 1853 and they married in 1884 in Mifflin Cty, PA.
Also, my GGGGgrandfather, Isaac Annable, supposedly married a Casner
(given name unknown) in MA in about 1760.
Then I have an Adam Casner b in NY about 1780 married Hannah Annable.
They had two children: Lydia b 1823 and John Q. A. (John Quincy Adams, I
would bet) b. 1828 in Yancey Cty, NY.
I would appreciate information on any of these Casners.

Sorry, don't think we connect. My Jacob Casner was born circa 1821-27
in MO.
I have checked my CASNER information, and do not find others in the
locations you mention. Thanks for responding to my query. Good luck
in your research.

I have found there is a Casner Family Cemetery in Boise County, ID.
Is there anyone out there who is familar with this cemetery or who might
have a book containing information of the burials?
Given the nortorious nature of the Casner family I am researching and
the fact that they were much and widely traveled and that the family
took the Oregon Trail from MO to OR and that there were 13 sons and 1
daughter in the family, it is likely some went to ID.
Would like to hear from anyone who might be able to assist.
