Did you know:
That some, if not most libraries have lending arrangements
among themselves?
What that means is,
If your local library does not have the publication you are
looking for,
And you can find the location of a library that does have
the
publication or document,
Then your friendly librarian can probably borrow it and check
it out out to you
For a small fee (postage, etc.)
I have taken advantage of the procedure on two occasions,
once for a book, and the other time for PAGE COPY from
a document.
The page copy was mine to keep, of course. The fee in both
cases was around a buck, much cheaper than driving across
three states.
