Dear Mr. Cashion,
Thank you so much for answering my e-mail.? My line down from James, b abt 1715 who m Ann
Parkinson, goes thru James, b abt 1755 who m. Nancy Weeks, their son William, b. 14 Sep
1787; then their son Andrew, b. 2 Nov 1812 who m. Catherine Renegar, then their daughter
Cordelia Tennessee (Delia), b. 12 Oct 1856 who m. G. W. Alexander, Jr., and their son, my
father, Edwin Davis Alexander, b. 21 Dec 1895.
Another lady answered my e-mail and her line was thru the brother of my William,
Archibald.? And she lives in Cypress, TX, which is where one of my sons and my sister
live.? I see that you live in Prairie Grove.? I don't know how old you are, but I had
a distant cousin who also lived in your town, only they lived out in the country--Louise
and Bunn Bell, but they are both deceased.? Their home was on the National Register and I
remember we turned onto the road which I believe was the west boundary of the National
Park and went about a mile.? A long time ago they had a dairy herd and their place was
named Cliff Crest.? The house was started before the Civil War and finished after it.
I would love to have a copy of the will of James Cashon.? I, too, have a fax machine which
is usually turned off.? I'll try to call you in the next couple of days and we can
both turn on our fax machines.
Again, thank you very much.

Subject: [CASHION] James Cashion
In looking thru my files, I find James Cashion/Cashoon, b. 1715 in
Chesterfield, VA, d. before 21 Jul 1795, whose spouse was Ann Parkinson,
B. 1719 in Chesterfield.
I show as his father James Cashion, the Immigrant, b. about 1710 in
England, who died before 7 Sep 1759, Dale Parish, whose spouse was Sarah.
If the Immigrant was born about 1710, how could he be the father of James,
b. in 1715?? He couldn't.? Does someone have better dates?? I would really
appreciate some help on this.
