mind and memory ..." Wife Ruth to keep the land [400 acres], plantation ,
and 8 negros (Joseph, Cate, James, Charles, Sall, Dinah, Dick, Davis) while
she lives.
Son Joell Cash to get 100 acres and 2 negroes, named Fil and Dick (a boy),
plus negroes James and Charles after Ruth's death.
Grandson Howard, son of Joell to get negro boy, Dick "... after the death of
my said son Joell ..."
Dau. Mary Lively got one negro winch named Sarah.
Son Benjamin Cash 400 acres next to Capt. Anon Higgenbotham's land, the land
where Howard lived, and one negro named James. plus negros Joseph and Cate
after Ruth's death.
Dau Rosanna [poss. Susannah] one negro winch named Tills.
Grandson Micajah to get Tills after Rosanna's death.
Dau Ann Powell got a negro winch named Peg, but if Ann dies without
children, the wench to go to daughter Rosannah.
Son Robert got 240 acres between Howard's land and Stephen Cash's land and
400 acres where Howard lives after his death, a negro fellow named John, a
bed, furniture and two cows, plus negroes Sall and Davis after Ruth's death.
Daughter Maryann a negro boy named Ralph, bed, furniture, a cow and calf.
Daughter Ruth, a negro girl named Nell, a bed, furniture, cow and calf.
Daughter Elizabeth Nuckles, 30 pounds at 3 pounds per year.
Son Stephen 5 shillings.
Daughter Sarah Manze 5 shillings.
