Montross VA: Westmoreland Co Deeds & Wills Book 4:141-142, ex 16 Feb 1708/7,
rec. 25 Aug 1708.

"loving and tender wife" Elizabeth Cash as executrix and Peter Skiner as
executor.
Plantation and 1/3 of land to wife during her life, and all personal effects
to her.
100 ac. west of plantation to son Will Cash, but "if he dieth without male
heirs" then to son Thomas Cash, but "if he dieth without male heirs" then
to
son John Cash.
Remaining 124 ac to son James Cash, but "if he dieth without male heirs"
then to son Howard Cash, but "if he dieth without male heirs" then to son
Joseph Cash, but "if he dieth without male heirs" then to son Peter Cash.
Guardianship for minor children set up as follows:
son William Cash, age 19 years on 5 Mar 1708/7 - until age 21 by mother,
alt. Peter Skinner.
son Thomas Cash aged 11 on 2 Aug 1708 - same.
dau. Anish Cash aged 15 on 31 Jul 1708, same, but to age 18.
