I found this on the census from
Ancestry.com in Gordon GA>
This may be a grandson of Christopher Casey who had land near Cross Anchor.
The following is interesting because , Christopher Casey sold land in
Spartanburg Co and his wife Susannah also made her mark. Now below following the
naming pattern of John F. Casey's children.
John F. Casey was born abt. 1802 in GA ( I guess this is correct but watch
the following children births.
Lucinca is John F. Casey's wife age 40 born in SC.
Christopher age 23 born SC
Susanna age 19 born Alabama
Elizabeth age 15 born SC
Eliza age 12 SC
William age 10 born SC
Davis age 8 born SC
Mary age 4 born SC
Sarah age 9/12 born Georgia
Lets say Christopher Sr died between 1789 no record of any Christopher in SC
after 1789. Why does he not have a will in SC maybe because he left SC??
I believe this John F. Casey to be a grandson or son of Christopher Casey
Sr. and Susanna of Spartanburt SC.
I could send a copy of the 1840 census for this record if need be.
