Sally,
I found the abstract in the Wills of Elizabeth City County Virgina book . I
forgot to write the author's name down , but will be at the library again
next week and look it over again. I will copy the entire abstract . The
reason I copied it was due to your notes on a connection with the Kennedy
surname.

Hi,
I'd very much like to know where you found the will of Alexander Kennedy.
Among my ancestors are James Kasey (pronounced Kazey) and William Kennedy.
James was married to Mary Kennedy. Both William and James were in
Boutetout
Co. VA in the 1760s and early 1770s. They both bought land in
Bedford Co.
VA
in 1775. James and Mary named, whom we think was their first son,
Alexander. Their first daughter (we think) was Anne. Are any of these
names in Alex. Kennedy's will? I think there was an Alexander Kennedy
and
wife, Anne, in Fairfax Co. VA in that time period. He was a ship
owner.
Thanks.
Sally Kasey Emily
