Peggy,
I knew the Honnell's were in Hardeman County and intermarried
with some of these families but I did not know about the Williamson
County part. That's make sense in that maybe these people all
came to west Tenn. together. Is the Honnoll family info posted on
the web somewhere? I would like to try and tie it together somehow.
I don't think I'll ever figure out who all these Caseys are.
Who are the Casey researchers that are descended from James
A. Casey?

Subject: [CASEY-L] Casey's in Hardeman Co., Tn
"John Russell, Aaron P. Casey, James A. Casey, Peter Honnell, S.
Rogers, A. Jackson, N. Jackson, James G. Casey, Harry ? Rogers,"
Many of these are from the Peter Honnoll family:
his dg, Margaret md James A. Casey 5 May 1829 in Hardeman Co., Tn,
his dg Mary md Henry Rogers; had a son Spyrous Alexander Rogers b.
1836
his dg Cinderella Lucinda md Armon O. Jackson.
We have a Honnoll mailing list with two Casey descendants as members.
They would like further information on the James A. Casey line.
Anyone
have anything to share? He was born ca 1810 and Margaret was b.
1811.
They do not know who his parents were. Census shows he was born in
Tn.
Our records indicate they had the following children: Soloman 1832,
Samuel W. 1837, William Simon 22 Feb 1840, Margaret S. 1841, Sarah A.
1846, Nancy P. 1848.
Our Honnoll line may have been in Maury County at one time...they
were
in Williamson County in 1809 when Peter's father William Honnoll
died.
Some of those mentioned in his will were later in Maury and it is my
understanding Maury was formed from Williamson County.
