Hello:
Is there an Isaac Casey in this line that married a Dicey Henderson and had
a daughter that they named Margaret Casey who grew up and married a man
named Hicks Martin and died during the 1900's in Carroll County, GA?
(Hicks and Margaret died there)
Thanks,
Gail

I was beginning to think all the Caseys in here were in the mid-west
by
the
mid 1800's!!!
My great-grandfather was William Charles Casey, dob 3-10-1848 believe in
Tipperary. He married Mary Agnes Carr, of Belfast? He had a sister,
Johanna Casey, born before 1848. Understand that Johanna and William came
over around 1867, he going to Chicago for a period (possibly to marry?
story has been heard he had a wife who died in childbirth) He then came
back
to Staten Island where Johanna had married Patrick McKay.
I have pretty much found all the family from that point on, but I am
interested in finding out more about the Ireland connections, etc. Any
one
out there with any info, please contact me. Thanks....
