Donna,
I have not found my Daniel on a ship's list yet, however on the declaration
of intent it stated he arrived in Oct. 1853. I have no knowledge of siblings
for Daniel - and don't know who he traveled with. Just thought I'd explore
more about your Patrick. Have you checked the churches in Cambria County to see
if they have a marriage record. I found Daniel's at St. John's in Milwaukee,
WI. Carrie

The earliest record I have for our Patrick Casey is his Declaration
of
Intent in 1857 Allegany Co. Maryland. It states that he arrived in US in 1853.
He was naturalized in 1860 Cambria Co. Pa. Patrick married Mary Kenny, but
we haven't found a marriage record yet, so not sure if they married in
Ireland or US. I have not found him listed on any shipping lists yet. Did your
Daniel travel with a Patrick Casey?
