Testator desires that the part of Andrew Tolson's estate due to his two
sons, Alexander and Andrew, be paid to them.
To wife and child., John, Richard and Rebecca (Goodman), entire estate;
sons to be of age at 18 yrs., and to be under
care of John Wells; dau. at 16, and to be under care of wife Katharine.
Ex.: John Wells.
Test: Ferdinando Ferraman, Ennion Williams, William Casey.

This opens up some interesting possibilities for those looking for
Maryland roots for our Casey line. Will was written in 1710.
