Do you see a Hiram Casey mentioned? He was married in 1864 in Boyd Co, KY,
but lived in Wayne Co, WV by 1850 anyway. Wayne Co is just across the border
from KY......Billie Jo

This address didn't pass the first time, something was wrong.
William Casey (Cazey on stone at Lawrence Co. Ky) 1767 - 1837
Two brothers (sons)
Daniel Casey 1800 -1889 m. Mary (We think Dyre) no children
James Casey 1805 - ( ) buried in Ohio, Lawrence Co.KY (My direct
ancestor)
Have line to present day, fairly complete.
Both had land grants after 1830 and appeared on census
which indicated they had been in NC. The appeared in Ky in 1820.( not on
census)
That's why the 1790 NC census of Samuel Casey Rowan Co.
Salzburg district interested me as a possible.
In his will 1825 listing wife Sarah and children made him a possible.
David, William, Kettel, John and Daniel. Not sure about sex of Kettel,
Could be pronounced either way. Only males mentioned if names listed at
all.
