I found this in Walter E. Casey manuscript Jesse Casey b. 1726 had a son named Aaron
Casey.
who had Anthony Casey b. 1770, Alexander Casey b. 1782 m. (1) Mary Cooper (c) Joshua
Casey, and Pleasant Casey. Alexander married again to Nancy Ross m. 1813 does not state
any children, he married a third time to Eamy White 1817.
Aaron Casey had another child named Uriah Casey 1786 does not state marriage or wife
but he had a son named Anthony Casey born 1841.
It also reads that Moses Casey brother to Aaron Casey and Jesse Casey Jr. the manuscript
does not give any information on either Moses Casey or Jesse Casey Jr.
Aaron had a son named Jesse E. Casey b. 1768 and that Jesse E. married and had Ambler
Casey b.1785 m. Polly Ellison.
Aaron 2nd son named Jesse E. Casey Jr. 1790-1863 m. Martha "Patsy" Coe.
Aaron Casey had a 3rd son named Abner Casey b. 1766 married Elizabeth Bowen and had Jesse
Casey b. 1803, Turner Casey 1805, Marion Casey, Barry Casey, Levi Casey, Anthony Casey,
Mary "Polly" Casey, Elsberry Casey.
All this information was on page 17 and he states that the chart was supplied by Cleve
Kinnear , Claremore Oklahoma apparantly had written this page 28 Jun 1976.
Now lets go into the Casey Family History compiled by Alvin Harold Casey and Robert Brooks
Casey compiled 15 July 1980. They state that Aaron may not be the son of Jesse Casey
and that Christopher and Moses Casey as the best candidates for his father.
Okay I know that Christopher Casey who married Sarah Smith named his children John Casey
my line,
Cassandra Casey, Aaron Casey, and Hardin Casey.
As we have found out that most of our clans handed down family names this leads me to
believe also that Aaron Casey may have been Christopher Casey's brother and both
were sons of the older Christopher Casey who sold land to Moses Casey and Christopher Jr.
witnessed in SC. This would mean that Christopher Casey b. 1730's as some researchers
have printed would be the brother to Randolph and Levi Casey in the Kings Mountain Men it
states Randoph, Levi and Benjamin as brothers but not Christopher Casey. Both Aaron and
Christopher were paid the same day for services in Roebucks Regiment during Revolution. It
also states however the Estate Papers of Aaron Casey show that he had a brother named
Moses Casey. It also states there were many Moses Caseys in SC my hunch is that all of
Christopher Casey born 1730's children arent documented and this may be the clue to
the Two Christophers Casey's in SC. Census records show that Aaron was born between
1755 and 1765 we also know that Christopher Casey Jr. born 1754 could be his brother both
in Revolutionary war same company what do you think????????????????????
