Dear Tim:
There are several of us on this list that perhaps might benifit from what
you show in your Casey line. I believe at this point in time My Casey
Grandmother a few steps back came from Isaac Casey BUT I can't yet prove
this is the correct Isaac Casey also seen in earlier records but my in fact
be the son of yet another Casey man.
I too show that my Casey, Isaac to have married a Dicey Henderson we now
think so as you can see I too share an interest in this.
My Casey Grandmother then married my Martin Grandfather in Fosyth Co. GA.
in 1844.
Thanks for anything at all you can share with us on this list that you may
hold clues of.
Gail

Micjah Casey lived in Wayne Co NC I would assume that most all
Casey's in
that area were from him. I am a Casey descendant but I am also a Toler
descendant of the Toler's in Wayne Co NC which also married into the
Jernigans. I may be able to find something from the Jernigan files I have
also may find something from Michah Casey's line.
Many of Micjah's children m. into the Lewis lines which I also have info
on
. I have to go to work but dropped this note for now.
Matter of fact if you ever seen a map of the battle of Bensonville NC
during
Civil War in the North you would see a Toler farm and in the
Southeast you
would see a Casey farm.
