The only descendant of Levi Casey who is said to have went to Arkansas is
his daughter Charity Ann Casey (who was named after my gggg grandmother
Charity Duckett , Elizabeth Duckett Casey being Levi Casey's wife and sister
to Charity Duckett Whitten.
Charity Ann Casey b. 1839 Lauderdale Co AL m. 1854 at age 14! to Dr. George
Simmons (age 48) and they settled in Hattieburg Arkansas or Mississippi. I
am not sure on this is there a Hattieburg AR or Mississippi.
Any Levi Casey descendant I have info on his Wifes ancestors the Ducketts ,
Odells , Jacobs. As I am a direct descendant of the Duckett line to Levi
Casey's marriage to Elizabeth Duckett.
Bonnie I do not think that John A. Casey went to Arkansas but I do know that
Randolph Casey son of Randolph Casey son of Abner did go to Arkansas it may
be one of his descendants.

Hi I am related to the Casey thru a gggrandmother Hetty Casey, and her
sister
Jane, Hetty married James Ellison, Jane married Henson Ellsberry
Ellison,
so
far I havent a proven ancestor from there on , a reseacher in the Mo.
Ozarks ,
said she thinks the womens father was John , but I don't know if
the John
is
Gen Levi Casey's son, who was the son of Abner. or what yet, I was
hoping
for
help, . I have been putting some biographies from a book I have called
the
Reminiscent History of the Ozark Region in hopes that it will give
information to someone that does not have access to the Book. or give them
information they didn't have. there is one or two more in there, and over
the
years I have collected bits and peices of Casey information that I
would
like
to put on line as well, just in case. I hope you could use what little
I
had
on your ancestor.
Bonnie
