John, the spelling you speak of is O'Cathasaig which is the Irish Gaelic
word formation. I would like to talk to you more about your William
Casey of Central WV when I get more time.
Roger

Hello to all:
Somewhere I seem to remember that an old spelling in Ireland was
"Caseigh"
and the report said it meant 'agreeable'. My research has stonewalled at
my
GGGF, William Casey in central WV. There was a Pittsburgh connection but
my GGF
left after a massive tiff with a high church official. That apears to
have been
where this branch became Protestant!
By the way, the internet address is the cat's name! AOL refused name
after
name until the cat came in and I tried using her name in a fit of
exasperation!
AOL "took" that without a ripple! THEY WOULD!
