If you will send me your e-mail address to dandj(a)peachnet.campuscwix.net, I
will send you some more info I have on this particular person and see if it
matches. Any info you can give me on Hugh Casey would be helpful in knowing
if these pictures are of the same person. Thanks

What line are your Casey's? and where did they originate? Am interested in
comparing information. My line is Thomas Casey from Va. who migrated
through KY, ILL and into Mo. where he settled in the early 1800's.

My George Washington Casey was born in 1839 in McMinnen County, Tennessee. He
then moved to Missouri in 1842.
I do not think he is the George W. Casey for whom you are searching, however
perhaps someone else has information on my George.
Thanks,

Hi, Still trying to find anyone who is researching Casey's from Delaware. I
have church records on about 50 Casey's. My line is from Michael CASEY b.
1852 d. 1912 to Joanna KELLY b. 1852 d. 1917 in New Castle Co., DE.
Thanks, Sue
I have a Hiram Casey b 1799 NC. He lived 81 years in Wayne Co. WV. He had
several family members move to missouri. Do you have a possible connection?
Amy
Hi John & Donna,
Oh Gosh, I yapped so much on this list about this, I guess I thought everyone
knew about it. This is one reunion that you don't want to miss. They hold
this reunion every other year in a different place. This year at
Springfield, Mo, June 17 & 18 at the Clarion Hotel. The last time was in
Tulsa, and I really had a great time. There seemed to be about 150 people
there from all over the U.S., all researchers from various Casey lines. If
you want to go, contact Mike Casey at; casey81(a)juno.com
The meeting starts at 9:00 Sat., and breaks at noon for lunch which will be
served to us. Then continues into the early afternoon. That night we gather
for dinner, then the next day they will gather at the Old Mill Resturant at
Silver Dollar City for breakfast, before a bus tour of all the local Casey
Cemeterys. This will last all day so you need to take a sack lunch. The
cost is $20 for everything except dinner & breakfast, this is our own cost.
The bus tour is $10.
See ya there,
Wanda Norman
P.S. My line is Jesse E. Casey
Wanda-
Are you speaking of a reunion in Springfield, Mo. or ILL.? What Casey line
are you following? I am also doing research on Casey. Thomas Casey b. June
3, 1807 in VA. He later settled in Cedar Co., Mo. near Cedar Springs. Is
buried in Hackeman Cem. in Cedar Co.
Would love to hear from you. dandj(a)peachnet.campuscwix.net
