Dear Joanie:
Thank you for your quick reply. If these two Henry's are related, then,
I will go nuts.
The data I have is incomplete. If only I could lay my hands on some
birth certificates!
My GGrandfather was Elice Spencer Case.I have attached a scanned copy of
a booklet that my fathers cousin had prepared back in the 1980's. All
we have on Louis Spencer is the death certificate. It is hard to read
but for parents states Henry Case and Sarah Case, noted both born in
Dutchess Co. NY. Nothing else. I suspect errors &/or omissions.
Haven't found death cert's for Henry & Sarah but will start with Wayne
& Dutchess Counties, NY.
I also suspect that Henry (1755) had brother or two and several cousins.
There are so many Sarah, John, Henry, and William Cases with different
birth dates in the general area that it is very confusing. I'll guess
and say that I think your Henry is a cousin or Uncle of My GG
Grandfather Louis Spencer Case (1807).
Thank you :) Kathy

Hi: I am a decendant of Henry Case, born 1791 in Pawling, Dutchess
County,
N.Y. He married Sara Ann Corbin, daughter of Jabez Case and SArah
Lawarence also in Pawling, N.Y. I am wondering if my Henry might be the son
of your Henry and Sarah. Do you know where in Dutchess County your Henry was
born? If we are connected, I have a lot of information on this family.
Please let me hear from you. I will be happy to share. "Joanie" .
