Court Record, Page 109--7 December, 1725: This Court grant Adms. on the
estate of Bartholomew Case of Simsbury decd. unto Mary Case, widow, and
Thomas Case, son of sd. decd.
Page 132--5 July, 1726: A bond of œ400 was given with Thomas Case, son
of the decd.
Page 150--4 April, 1727: John Humphrey is appointed guardian to Abigail
Case, a daughter, 6 years of age.
Page 181--5 March, 1727-8: This Court appoints Mary Case, widow, to be
guardian to Amos Case, age 14 years, and Isaac Case, 10 years, Abraham
Case 7, and Sarah 12 years of age, children of the decd. And the sd.
Sarah (Mary) acknowledged herself bound in a recognizance of œ100 money
to the Judge of this Court or his successors that she will faithfully
discharge the trust of guardian to sd. minors during their minority
according to law. Mary Case and Thomas Case, Adms., exhibit an account
of their Adms., which this Court accepts. See File: Adms. account as
