The biggest problem here is there are many Joseph,and James Cases's From reserach I
did myself in Ky--at the court house I can tell you I found a record of a Joseph
Cases's death and it named Shadrack Case as his father. This Joseph was from Bracken
Co. He died in 10/21 1858 of disease of the liver, making him born about 1788>

Right Shadrack Case b. 10/26/1773 Simsbury, CT is the only Shadrack
Case I
have in my database but his birthdate makes him the wrong generation to be
Joseph's father. That's why I was asking about it.
