Therese, I do not have a connection to your CASE line, but in response to
the DNA project, we joined the project to try to figure out where our CASE line
came from. We were stuck on Joshua CASE born 1800 in New York, died 1874 in
PA. Married Sarah Ann WEAVER born 1817 in New Jersey, died 1886 in PA.
They had 11 children. To date hubby's DNA has several exact matches which means
they share a common ancestor in X number of generations. We have discovered
the "possibility" of older ancestors, but no paper link. . . yet.
Joanne in AZ (I seek dead people). Researching surnames: Case, Dancik,
Dashiell, Davenport, Davis, Harris, Hoppe, Kocher, Lawson, Lewis, Meyer, Prynn,
Swarty, Thomas, Von der Linden, Waller, Weaver, Woithe
Joanne,
Do your Davenport and Davis surnames have a Case connection by any chance?
Barbara
