Local historical tax records has a John Case, his sons James, William, and
John, at Cox's Station, 6 miles north or Bardstown, KY in 1780, fighting the
Indian raids during the Revolutionary war. No records, but verbal stories
indicate some moved to Indiana in the early 1800's.

My first John Case was born abt. 1802 in Buncombe, North Carolina.
His
father was Daniel 1777 of Rutherford North Carolina. My second John
born 1858 in North Carolina. His father was Daniel and Mother was
Elizabeth Towe both from North Carolina. They went to Kentucky from
