Hi all,
I don't do a lot of genealogy these days, but I'm trying to get inspired to
get back into it. I just checked three months of posts to this list. There
wasn't much, but that's fine. I'd prefer light posts than the superfluous
posts you get on some lists.
It looks as though the "Yankee" CASEs are still making connections, and that
is encouraging. I have a very old post that suggests that my CASEs connect
back to the Boston area, pre-Revolution, but I don't know if we will ever be
able to prove that connection.
Since I've been out of touch with the list and with other researchers . . .
I am wondering if anyone has done a DNA project, or otherwise found a
connection between the CASEs in South Carolina --->Georgia (time of the Georgia
gold rush) ---> Mississippi (my line) / Tennessee & the CASEs in North Carolina
that migrated to Kentucky?
I am only aware of the line in NC --> Kentucky through this list.
